Background

Phase 1: The selected startups will be eligible for funding up to INR 10 lakhs to test and demonstrate the solution in 3 – 6 months
Phase 2: From the selected startups in Phase 1, One Startup will be further selected and awarded upto INR 50 lakhs for Scaleup and Implementation for a period of 6 – 15 months.

Funding:

Registration with shops and establishments CANNOT be accepted as a certificate of incorporation/ registration to apply for the call.

MSME, Udyog Aadhar GST, Trade Union, KMF, VAT certificates etc. shall NOT be considered a certificate of incorporation as per the Karnataka Startup Policy Government Order.

The startup CANNOT be a subsidiary/ franchise/ white labelled reseller/ part of a group company.

The startup CANNOT have a partnership value with another company/ entity.

It CANNOT be a section 8 company or Trust/ Association/Society or a non-profit company.

It CANNOT be a Merger/ Demerger of a bigger organization.

It CANNOT be a part of any Govt. initiative/ aided partner or public-private partnership company/firm.

Applications that DO NOT comply with the mentioned ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/ Supporting Documents will be DISQUALIFIED at any Stage of the Selection/ Funding Process resulting in the cancellation of their Application/Grant.!

Only ONE application per Startup/Entity will be accepted. In the case of multiple applications from one Startup, only the first application will be considered.

<h4>Directorate of Urban Land Transport (DULT):</h4>
Directorate of Urban Land Transport (DULT) has been set up by the Government of Karnataka (GoK) under the Urban Development Department (UDD) with objective to coordinate planning and implementation of Urban Transport projects and programs. The Directorate is in general responsible for overseeing all the urban land transport initiatives in Urban/ Local Planning Areas of Karnataka and administers the State Urban Transport Fund (SUTF)
Since its inception, the Directorate has implemented many initiatives including service level benchmarking in Bangalore; preparation of policies on parking; preparation of mobility plans for cities in Karnataka; feasibility studies for mass transit systems etc. It is also working in tandem with BBMP, the city corporation of Bangalore and other city corporations on NMT initiatives. The Directorate is also spearheaded the implementation of Bus rapid Transit system between the twin cities of Hubli and Dharwad.

ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ: 

ಹಂತ 1: ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ಗಳು ರೂ 10 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ ಅನುದಾವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ 3 ರಿಂದ 6 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಹಂತ 2: ಹಂತ 1 ರಿಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ಗಳಿಂದ, ಒಂದು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪುನ: ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ  6 ರಿಂದ 15 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ Scaleup ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರೂ 50 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗಿನ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು  ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ:

ರೂ.50 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗಿನ ಸಹಾಯಾನುದಾನ

ಸದರಿ ಕರೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಗಮಿತಗೊಂಡ/ನೋಂದಣಿಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವೆಂದು ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ ನೀತಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ  ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ್‌ ಆಧಾರ್‌, ಸರಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ತೆರಿಗೆ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹಾಲು ಮಹಾಮಂಡಳ, ಮೌಲ್ಯ ವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗಮಿತಗೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ನವೋದ್ಯಮವೊಂದು ಸಮೂಹ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಉಪಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಎರವಲು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಶ್ವೇತಪಟ್ಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಮರುಮಾರಾಟಗಾರ/ಅಂಗಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರಕೂಡದು.

ನವೋದ್ಯಮವೊಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಂಪನಿ/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಕೂಡದು.

ಅದು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ 8 ಕಂಪನಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ / ಸಂಘ /ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿರಕೂಡದು.

ಅದು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಲೀನವಾದ / ವಿಲೀನತೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬಂದಿರಕೂಡದು.

ಅದು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉಪಕ್ರಮ / ಧನಸಹಾಯದ ಪಾಲುದಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ- ಖಾಸಗಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಕಂಪನಿ/ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರಬಾರದು.

ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಪಾಲನೆಯಾಗದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು / ಬೆಂಬಲದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ / ಹಣಕಾಸು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಇದರ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಅಂತಹವರುಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿ / ಅನುದಾನವು ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತಗೊಂಡು ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು.

ಒಂದು ನವೋದ್ಯಮ/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.  ಒಂದೇ ನವೋದ್ಯಮದಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಬಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಕರೆಗಾಗಿರುವ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮನನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.

ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಐಡಿಯಾ2ಪಿಓಸಿ ಯೋಜನೆ / ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಛಾಲೆಂಜಸ್‌ / ಉನ್ನತಿ/ಅಮೃತ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಚಾರ ವಲಯ ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಛಾಲೆಂಜಸ್‌ ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ &#8211; <a href="http://www.missionstartupkarnataka.org/">www.missionstartupkarnataka.org</a>ಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಗ್‌ಇನ್‌ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಗಮನಿಸಿ – ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಆನ್‌ ಲೈನ್‌ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತೆಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಗಮನವಿಡಿ. 

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರಾರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು 

ನಗರ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವನ್ನು ಸಮನ್ವಯಿಸಿ ಸಂಘಟಿಸುವ 
ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ (UDD) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು (GoK) ನಗರ ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ 
ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯವನ್ನು (DULT) ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನಗರ /ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಎಲ್ಲ ನಗರ 
ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸದರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು 
ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಗರ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಧಿ (SUTF)ಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ, ಸದರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಮಾನದಂಡ; ಪಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್‌ ಕುರಿತ ನೀತಿ ರಚನೆ; 
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನಗರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೊಬಿಲಿಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ; ಸಮೂಹ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಕುರಿತ 
ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮುಂತಾದವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ 
ಪಾಲಿಕೆ (ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ) ಮತ್ತಿತರ ನಗರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಮೋಟಾರು-ರಹಿತ ಸಾರಿಗೆ [NMT] ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳ 
ಕುರಿತು ಈ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯವು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಗರ ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯವು ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಧಾರವಾಡ 
ಅವಳಿ ನಗರಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಬಸ್‌ ತ್ವರಿತ ಸಮೂಹ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಯೋಜನಾನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ 
ಸಹ ವಹಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಗರ ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ (DULT):

<li>ಸೈಕಲ್ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಗಳಂತಹ ಕಿರಿದಾದ ಲೇನ್‌ಗಳ ಸ್ವಚ್ಫತೆಗಾಗಿ ಇಂಧನ ಕ್ಷಮತೆಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ.</li>
<li>ಸೈಕಲ್‌ ಲೇನ್‌ಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ಸಂಪರ್ಕರಹಿತ ಜಾರಿ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ.</li>
<li>ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಪಘಾತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುವಂತಹ ಆಪ್‌/ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ‌ಟೂಲ್‌ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ.</li>

ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌  <a href="http://www.missionstartupkarnataka.org/">www.missionstartupkarnataka.org</a> ಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಲಾಗ್‌ಇನ್‌ ಆಗುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸದರಿ ಕರೆಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಗಮಿತಗೊಂಡ /ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವೆಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ ನೀತಿ ಕುರಿತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಣ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳು, ಉಯೋಗ್‌ ಆಧಾರ್‌ ನ ಸರಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ತೆರಿಗೆ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಸಂಘ, ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಎಫ್‌. ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗಮಿತಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸತಕ್ಕುದಲ್ಲ.
ಅಂತಹ ನವೋದ್ಯಮವು ಉಪಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಎರವಲು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ವಹಿಸಿದ ಮರುಮಾರಾಟಗಾರ / ಗುಂಪು ಕಂಪನಿಯೊಂದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕುದಲ್ಲ.
ಅಂತಹ ನವೋದ್ಯಮವು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಂಪನಿ / ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕುದಲ್ಲ.
ಅಂತಹ ನವೋದ್ಯಮವು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ 8 ಕಂಪನಿ ಅಥವಾ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ / ಸಂಘ / ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕುದಲ್ಲ.
ಸಮಯದ ಗಡುವು ಮೀರಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಐಡಿಯಾ2ಪಿಓಸಿ ಯೋಜನೆ / ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಛಾಲೆಂಜಸ್‌ / ಉನ್ನತಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಗಮನಿಸಿ – ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಆನ್‌ ಲೈನ್‌ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತೆಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಗಮನವಿಡಿ.

<h4>Elevate 2025 &#8211; Challenge (Grant-in-Aid)</h4>

Objective
One-time Grant-in-Aid, of up to INR 50 Lakhs, will be provided to startups requiring early &#8211; stage seed funding support to develop their ideas to a proof-of-concept stage and to scale up their businesses through technology advancements. Startups recognised under this program will be given mentoring and incubation support at subsidized rates at Government supported incubation centres to help in product development and validation.

<h4>ELEVATE 2025 : Eligibility Criteria</h4>
1. The Startup should be incorporated as a private limited company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or registered as a partnership firm (registered under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932) or a limited liability partnership (under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) in Karnataka.
2. Turnover of the entity for any of the financial years since incorporation/ registration has not exceeded INR 100 Crores.
3. An entity shall be considered as a startup up to 10 years from the date of its incorporation.
4. The Startup should be working towards innovation/ improvement of existing products, services and processes and should have the potential to generate employment/ create wealth.

<h4>ELEVATE UNNATI 2025 (SC/ST Entrepreneurs): Eligibility Criteria</h4>
1. The Startup should be incorporated as a private limited company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or registered as a partnership firm (registered under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932) or a limited liability partnership (under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) in Karnataka.
2. Turnover of the entity for any of the financial years since incorporation/ registration has not exceeded INR 100 Crores.
3. An entity shall be considered as a startup up to 10 years from the date of its incorporation.
4. The Startup should be working towards innovation/ improvement of existing products, services and processes and should have the potential to generate employment/ create wealth.
5. At least one of the Director(s)/ Partner(s) or collectively must belong to the SC/ST community and such SC/ST member(s) must hold a minimum of 70% equity in the company/ firm. The shareholding pattern as on the date of application and during the entire project duration must reflect this requirement. Any dilution or change in ownership that breaches this condition will lead to disqualification or termination of assistance.
6. The SC/ ST Director(s)/ Partner(s) should possess a valid digital caste certificate issued by the Revenue Department, Govt. of Karnataka with a valid RD NUMBER.

<h4>ELEVATE MINORITIES 2025 : Eligibility Criteria</h4>
1. The Startup should be incorporated as a private limited company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or registered as a partnership firm (registered under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932) or a limited liability partnership (under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) in Karnataka.
2. Turnover of the entity for any of the financial years since incorporation/ registration has not exceeded INR 100 Crores.
3. An entity shall be considered as a startup up to 10 years from the date of its incorporation.
4. The Startup should be working towards innovation/ improvement of existing products, services and processes and should have the potential to generate employment/ create wealth.
5. At least one of the Director(s)/ Partner(s) or collectively must belong to the Minority community and such Minority member(s) must hold a minimum of 51% equity in the company/ firm. The shareholding pattern as on the date of application and during the entire project duration must reflect this requirement. Any dilution or change in ownership that breaches this condition will lead to disqualification or termination of assistance.
6. The Director(s)/ Partner(s) belonging to the Minority community should possess a valid digital minority certificate issued by the Revenue Department, Govt. of Karnataka with a valid RD NUMBER.

<h4>Selection Process</h4>
The selection process for startups involves four stages of evaluation after submitting the online 
application form via the Startup Karnataka Portal (<a href="https://eitbt.karnataka.gov.in/en">https://eitbt.karnataka.gov.in/en</a> through <a href="http://www.missionstartupkarnataka.org">www.missionstartupkarnataka.org</a>):
Stage 1: Eligibility check and document verification 
Stage 2: Pitch deck evaluation 
Stage 3: Multi-city pitching 
Stage 4: Grand Finale
Nomination of Jury Members are taken from key industry associations such as NASSCOM, TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), IESA (India Electronics and Semiconductor Association), ABLE (Association of Biotech Led Enterprises), ABAI (Association of Bangalore Animation Industry), academia, VC Firms and others.

<h4>General Terms and Conditions : </h4>
</div>
1. Startups must sign up and log in to the Startup Karnataka Portal to apply https://eitbt.karnataka.gov.in/en which redirects to https://www.missionstartupkarnataka.org/?en with a different login.
2. The Company/Firm should submit a valid Incorporation certificate (in case of Pvt Ltd/OPC/ LLP) /Registered partnership deed and Registration certificate (in case of Partnership firm). Acknowledgement receipt of the above shall not be considered.
3. Documents not accepted as valid registration certificates: MSME, Udyog Aadhaar, 
GST, Trade Union, KMF, VAT certificates, or registration with shops and establishments.
4. The startup must not be: 
-&gt; A subsidiary, franchise, white-labeled reseller, or part of a group company. 
-&gt; A section 8 company, trust, association, society, or a non-profit entity. 
-&gt; A result of a merger/demerger from a larger organization. 
-&gt; Part of any Government initiative, aided partner, or public-private partnership.

5. Company/Firm/Director(s)/Partner(s) who have previously won under the Idea2PoC/ELEVATE Grant Scheme or Grand Challenges or received any State Government Grants are not eligible until the passing of 3 years from the date of previous selection to the date of current application.

6. In the event that two or more applicant entities sharing a common promoter, director, or partner for the Stage-4 Grand Finale, the highest-scoring startup shall take precedence.
7. Only one application per entity will be accepted. If multiple applications are submitted by the same entity, only the valid application will be reviewed and considered, while other applications shall be summarily rejected.
8. Applications that do not meet eligibility criteria or lack supporting documents will be disqualified at any stage, resulting in the cancellation of their application or grant. 
Note: No changes can be made once the online application is submitted.
9. The applicant Director(s)/ Partner(s) should continue to be a part of the business for the entire duration of the project.
10. Terms and conditions of ownership should NOT be altered to his/her disadvantage during the course of the project.
11. All selected ELEVATE winners are mandatorily required to participate in either physical or virtual incubation with their assigned K-tech Innovation Hub or Centre of Excellence.
● A total subsidized fee of ₹25,000 (plus applicable GST) is required to be earmarked from within the awarded ELEVATE Grant for comprehensive support services provided by the assigned K-tech Innovation Hub or Centre of Excellence.
● This fee covers: 
&#8211; Allocation of ₹15,000 provides startups with access to expert mentorship and strategic networks, helping them build a powerful go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth.
&#8211; Allocation of ₹10,000 for administrative services, including the verification of project documents, review of milestones, and processing the recommendation for second grant payment.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಗಣ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಉಪವಲಯಗಳ ವೇಗವರ್ಧಿಸಲು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಈ ಪೂರಕ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠವಾದ ನೀತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಏಳಿಗೆಯಾಗಲು ಇಂತಹ ವಾತಾವರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭದ್ರ ಬುನಾದಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಸರಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ-ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸವ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನವಿರುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯ ಅಧೀನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತ [ಕಿಯೋನಿಕ್ಸ್] ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂರಕ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಿಯೋನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
